A multi-season specialty oil with excellent performance properties, chainsaw lubricating oil is based on a deeply refined mineral oil and a special combination of refining additives including: a viscous and depressant additive and an oil to metal adhesion enhancer. A properly selected combination of additives ensures favourable performance properties of the oil, including: - very good adhesion to moving parts of the equipment (saw cutting system), - excellent lubricating properties, even at low temperatures, - suitable temperature characteristics that allow its use over a wide temperature range, - ability to protect against corrosion and skin wear.
