Oils, industrial gear Transol ® 100 are obtained from selectively refined mineral oils, including lead-free additives improving lubricating properties (such as sulfur-phosphorus), and additives package anticorrosive, increasing resistance to oxidation, anti-foaming, demulgującym.
They are characterized by:
- protection of individual gear parts, i.e. gears, rolling and plain bearings, from excessive mechanical wear during operation,
- protection against corrosion of gear structure components made of steel and non-ferrous metals against chemical influences of active oil components and its oxidation products,
- thanks to their high thermo-oxidative stability, they allow long-term operation at elevated temperatures without loss of their properties,
- anti-foaming and de-emulsifying additives prevent the reduction of the lubricating properties of the oil due to the formation of permanent foam and oil water emulsion. Part DIN 51517 3,
