Transol® CLP 220 industrial gear oils are derived from selectively refined mineral oils, contain lead-free additives to improve lubrication properties (sulphur-phosphorus type) and a package of anti-corrosion additives to increase resistance to oxidation, anti-foaming and de-emulsification.
- Protect the individual parts of the gearbox, i.e. gears, rolling and plain bearings, from excessive mechanical wear during normal operation and under shock loading,
- to protect the structural elements of the gears made of steel and non-ferrous metals against corrosion from the chemical influence of the active components of the oil and its oxidation products,
- thanks to their high thermo-oxidative stability, they allow long-term operation at elevated temperatures without loss of their properties,
- applied anti-foaming and de-emulsifying additives prevent the reduction of the oil's lubricating properties due to the formation of permanent foam and oil-water emulsion. Approval:
