Characteristics
- Copper particles form a protective layer that prevents metal surfaces from failing under high pressure.
- Apply to mechanical parts before assembly to prevent galling, facilitate disassembly.
- For bolts, flanges, diesel engine and chemical pump joints, marine and automotive bolts and high temperature oil pump joints, structural bolts and cables, refinery pumps and pipe flanges.
- Internal to most gases.
- Protects against corrosion, wear, deformation, damage and galling.
- Resistant to washing, salt water, temperatures up to 1000 - 1100 °C.
